What is this?

This is a practical, step-to-step workshop that aims to train teachers to use the communicative approach to:

What does this course include?

Three major areas focused on during the training courses are:

  • Developing paper-based and Internet-based materials and tasks for a communicative ESP classroom

What are the training methods?

The training is flexible with both theory and practice, located in both training rooms and real ESP classrooms.

Participants can expect to:

  • practice with authentic tasks in the training rooms (for around 40% of the time); and
  • deliver/observe and get/give critical feedback on their own/their peers’ teaching practices in a real ESP class (for around 40% of the time).

Who are the trainers?
The 03 core trainers are experienced in ELT or ESP at the Faculty of English language teacher education (ULIS, VNU).
